Please informed the express shipping to US at present the cargo flight charges us $3/KG as special surcharge (KG is not the weight of package but the weight calculate from size of box). If buyer live in US requests extra larger size of box, the buyer requires to pay this extra surcharge also.

    • Plant is shipped with Phytosanitary certificate including in price purchased.

    • Plants are shipped with buyer's risk. All packages are prepared and packed in the best way but if any damages occur from the transit or your customs, it is beyond our responsibility and cannot get any refund in this case. Please inform that each customs has rights to open and investigate all packages before ship to receiver.

    • According to Phytosanitary document processing, our shop has 3 shipping days/month.  Packages will be prepared and shipped out within 3-7 business days after purchasing. All buyers will receive confirm message informed shipping day of your order.

    • Please recheck your filling shipment address is correctly before purchasing. Package will ship to receiver address as shown in system. Buyer may take responsibility on missing or incorrectly address if package is return to seller.

    • All parcels are checked as gift and showing lower cost in CN22 declaration for EUregions at side of parcel to help buyer avoid paying importing TAX/VAT and it is buyer's responsibility to pay for your importing TAX if your customs send you noticed.

    • Shipping by THAILAND POST with register airmail package providing tracking number and will take 15-20 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for express shipping. Please informed that period of delivery doesn't including the clearance in your customs.

    • Exporting plant with Phytosanitary certificate may take time more than a day if the plants don't pass international exporting standard at Plant Quarantine office. Buyer will inform if shipping date is delay from longer investigation, asking more pest for any plants, asking more cleaning some soil of lot from office in Plants Quarantine.



    According to NPPO, all live plants required Phytosanitary certificate from originally country to import into any countries including Thailand. We apologize to refuse all return packages without phytosanitary document. However exceptional refused package by destination customs, overdue pick-up package at destination will be automatically return to seller.


    • We understand and appreciate for cancellation any order in 24 hrs after purchasing with fully refundable.

    • However buyer will receive message to confirm a date of shipment with in 2 days after purchasing. If plant doesn't be prepared to ship, investigate process at Plant Quarantine Office, we are available offering your cancelled order with a fully refund.

    • Refundable will be return to your original method term of payment when you purchased.


    • Buyer can submit full photos of outside package and plants when arriving in case they are arrived in bad condition/dead and you need refundable. Please be informed that only some part of plants or box doesn't acceptable for refunding.

    • However if plant is died or rot in the box after receive within 3 days, please take the photos and submit to us via chat. We will send you the replacement (if we still have the same in stocking) or refund a plant cost. Please note that refundable will be substract the shipping cost off.

    • Variegated color on leaves especially white/creamy color can get burnt naturally and sometime heating in box from long travel depends on heat and temperature in your local area and where customs collects the package. If it gets burnt less than 30% of leaves or loose a leaf, the plant's still fine to grow. It is naturally for pure white/creamy variegated which buyer may understand and acceptance that will not receive refundable from this case. If you cannot accept this situation maybe the plants from the shop not match to you.

    • Please be aware of laws and regulations of your country regarding importation of plant materials as we will not be responsible for any items confiscated at your customs. For any items lost in transit please contact us via chat from website only. You will received fully refund from us.

    Accidental Damage Insurance
    I. What is this type of insurance?

    Accidental Damage Protection is an insurance policy covering you during the policy period of your order in the event of accidental damage.

    II. What is insured?
    •    Accidental damage to your ordered plant.
    •    Loss (during delivery period) 
    •    If accidentally/lost damaged we will refund or replace your plant during the coverage period to the same or similar product as the original.
    •    The insured sum is the value of the price you paid. 

    III. What is NOT insured?
    •    Loss, theft (after delivered)
    •    Accidental/Loss damage of product shipped by standard shipment.
    •    Accidental damage by destination customs shown customs sealing tape on package.
    •    The policy doesn't cover any express shipping fee. Please read the policy of refundable shipping fee in personalization box.

    IV. Are there any restrictions on cover?
    •    A maximum of 1 claim for accidental damage can be made per month during the coverage period.
    •    After the claim is settled, cover for accidental damage does not apply for a month.
    •    If you purchase the policy after you purchase the insured product no claims may be made.

    V. What are my obligations?
    •    You will take all reasonable precautions to protect your order against the climate and in accordance with its shop's instructions.
    •    To make a claim you must follow the procedure set out in the policy.
    •    You must provide information about the arrival order of the damage to or problems you have experienced with the arrival order when making a claim.
    •    To allow Inkcacti assist with your claim, if requested you must provide information, including but not limited to the photos of all postal labels on package, all sides of overall package, full plant with roots and each parts zoom-in of damages roots and leaves. 

    VI. When and how do I pay?
    •    Payment of the premium is set out in the purchase invoice provided to you at time of purchase with insured product. (option is available for selection from drop down menu once purchase)

    VII. When does the cover start and end?
    •    Coverage starts on the shipping date shown on your purchase invoice (send after 24 hrs. order placed) and ends at the end of the policy term of delivery period after successfully delivered (shown in tracking site by postal courier).

    VIII. How do I cancel the contract?
    •    You may cancel this Policy at any time before your order is shipped for any reason by message us on ETSY chat. If you want to purchase none insured product, please repurchase it.


    Terms and Conditions Fully/Partially Refundable for damages on:
    To allow Inkcacti assist with your claim, if requested you must provide information, including but not limited to the photos of all postal labels on package, all sides of overall package, full plant with roots and each parts zoom-in of damages roots and leaves within 24 hrs after delivered. 

    I.      ROOTS:
    •    Before packing during inspection to get Phytosanitary certificate, the plants will be taken photos showing full bare-root plant with plant label. Zoom-in photos each parts leaves and roots to confirm the health of plant. The partially refund offering from comparative photos before shipped and once the plant is arrived.
    •    Since the plant is quite expensive thus photos of arrival more than one pic may submit to us. Please take photos where has enough light showing cleary of the plants (as we sent to you before shipped)
    •    There is no partially refundable if plant get partially lost some fine tiny roots. It is normal that will lose some fine roots during transportation. We do the best to delivery 100% all roots of all plants to you but some plants still lose some fine roots.
    •    Partially refundable may offer if damages are on the main roots. Each plants have 2-3 guarantee main roots with fully fine rooted.

    II.     LEAVES:
    •    There is no value and refundable for any damages on green leaf except that green leaf is broken.
    •    In situation that variegated leaves got damages/burnt/yellowish, the partially refund for each leaves will be calculated from the price of each as mentioned in 'SIZE topic' below and will get refundable once damage occured more than 25% of a leaf.
    •    Pure variegated colour will be easily to get burnt before shipping, buyer may understand this issue before purchasing.
    •    In situation that leaf/leaves been cut before shipped, the partially refund for each leaves will be calculated from the price of each as mentioned in 'SIZE topic' below.
    •    If damage is on the FREE leaf (normally FREE leaf is green color or very less variegated), buyer will not get any refundable as we sell variegated leaf only. (Please refer the FREE leaf mentioned in 'SIZE topic' below). The green leaves on a plant will make it growing faster and gets faster fully fine roots. So the green one also be an important part of plant.

    III.     PLANT:
    •    The fully refundable may offer if plant arrives with rotten whole roots.
    •    The fully refundable may offer if plant arrives dead.
    •    If the plant gets any damages from the inspection at your borders, we apologize no refundable for this issue. Mostly happen in US and plants get some broken leave or folded leaves.
            •    US: plants get inspection at USDA in MIAMI. Some shipment get broken leaves from inspection. (about 50% were randomly opened with not much caring pack back) This is reason we do request for photos before unpacking box. The sealing tape from USDA inspection will be on your package. Buyers from US may understand this damage issue might happen on your package before purchasing.
            •    EU/Switzerland/Norway: plants get inspection at Amsterdam, Netherland. All packages shipped to this area will be opened and inspected at borders. 99% got no damages from inspection.
            •    UK: plants get inspection at customs in London and also 90% got no damages.
            •    CANADA: plants get inspection at CFDA in Ontorio and also 90% got no damages.
